In this podcast is about the leadership and team development. People make projects and so this is an important topic for many project managers. This relies on effective leadership,influencing skills and motivation skills. In this podcast we discuss what makes a good leader and how to motivate a team. We also discuss a number of the classic leadership models and their reliance to project management. The APMP assessment criteria covered in this podcast include
