In this podcast is about the project life cycle. It explains why the project lifecycle is important, the different stages in the project lifecycle, the importance of gates and other reviews in the lifcycle. It also discusses the difference between a product and project lifecycle. Finally it finished of discussing how lessons learned are integrated with the project lifecycle and the different types of review that happen during the project lifecycle ,.discuss functions that a project office in a project environment. The APM PMQ  (previously known as APMP) assessment criteria covered in this podcast include
